Warranty/Guarantee
Bright Ideas Electrical Solutions guarantee is for one year from electrical final inspection or completion of work (which ever is later) against defects in material and workmanship.
Failures due to misuse, vandalism, fire, damage, and/or natural causes are not covered by this warranty.
No warranty on motion sensors, photo cell devices, owner supplied fixtures, and appliances. Warranty is void if work is performed by anyone other than Bright Ideas Electrical Solutions on the electrical system within the one year warranty period.

Terms & Conditions
*Estimated prices are good for (3) months from the bid date barring any code changes and/or increase in the copper and steel market. All owner supplied fixtures and appliances must be furnished complete with bulbs and cords at time of installation and/or trim out. If return trips become necessary due to framing issues, missing customer related items, i.e. light fixtures (including bulbs) and appliances to include plumbing and HVAC, additional charges will apply.
*Bright Ideas will not be held responsible for patching or painting any surfaces to include drywall, walls, floors, ceilings, tiles, concrete or asphalt, or for any existing deficiencies and/or code violations.
* Return trips may result in additional fees, and you agree to pay such charges.
* Payment; Late Charges; Interest:
Payment is due within 30 days. Please be aware that we will charge 1.8% interest per month on late invoices.
* Credit card surcharge/processing fee per transaction is 3.5%.
* By accepting an estimate and electronically signing and/or wet signing the estimate, the customer is giving Bright Ideas permission to commence the agreed-upon work on the property. This agreement guarantees that payment will be made to Bright Ideas for services and/or materials delivered. In the event that payment is not received, the customer by accepting this estimate agrees to pay any legal fees and/or collection fees incurred to recover monies owed.
